The world won’t change unless we do. Ministry of Karma is a space where self-inquiry meets social transformation—because understanding our inner world is the key to reshaping the one we live in.

Ministry of Karma is a My YouTube channel that explores the intersection of psychology, society, and personal transformation in the context of a world in crisis. Through a socio-political and philosophical lens, it examines how trauma, responsibility, and unseen forces shape both individual lives and collective realities.

First Series: The Blend of Life
I interview people who have taken their unique mix of circumstances and turned them into something extraordinary. Other people’s stories deeply inspire me—to act, to create projects, and to make decisions I may have postponed for too long. I hope they inspire you to take action as well.

Second Series: The experience of Being Human
Here, we dive into psychological archetypes and karmic patterns that shape our lives. I’ve been studying my own psyche and spirit for over 15 years, a journey that began with a life-altering experience: facing death. At 17, I lost my first love, and in the years that followed, I had to say goodbye to other loved ones. That was the moment I turned to Eastern practices, Buddhism, and Theosophy to help me navigate grief with dignity. Since then, I have continued exploring karmic questions and the deeper reasons behind human suffering and trauma. This research became the foundation of my upcoming book, to be published in English in late 2025 by Inner Traditions, about the Hindu game Lilah. This game is a powerful tool for exploring the psyche and unraveling seemingly unsolvable problems. In the future, I will create a video on how this game has been used by philosophers, religious leaders, and even politicians in India and Tibet. Beyond this practice, I have developed various tools based on my studies in psychodrama, Gestalt therapy, psycho-archetypal analysis, somatic practices, and psychosocial support strategies, learned during a specialized program at UNAM. This work also led to the co-founding of my NGO, which provides psychosocial support for life defenders. In this series, I will share my personal experiences, the concepts that have helped me observe and transform the shadows of my own psyche, and insights from my work with others.

Third Series: The Adventure of Creating
Art has always been an essential part of my life, constantly intertwining with my interest in politics. During my first university degree, I researched politically engaged cinema in Latin America and discovered that art can be a powerful vehicle for social transformation. My PhD focused on how artists resisted authoritarian regimes in Latin America. These stories taught me that, in times of repression, art becomes an act of resistance, a means of expressing willpower, and a force capable of reshaping the social fabric. In this series, I will explore books, films, and artistic practices that transform our perspective on the world. I’ll share what I read, what I watch, and together, we will explore how art helps us overcome both personal and collective challenges.

Fourth Series: Two lifes
Finally, I want to share a very special project: translating Dos Vidas into Spanish and English—a book that changed my life. Beyond its captivating narrative, this book reshapes how we see the world. To me, it is a Bible for the modern human, an ethical compass that reveals what we could become as a collective.
